We’re back and Marta’s on the phone. Back from writing, looking at the rain and relaxing. Personally I’ve been reading and cooking and writing a bit on my book-project which you’ll hear more about this fall. I’m considering blogging some of the authenticity-stuff in Danish as I’ve decided to write the first edition of the book in Danish. Later I’ll translate and examplify in English. The first edition is due janurary 2008 and will include examples of our new method of understanding authenticity in organizations. That means we’re conducting a handful of research projects in a couple of big organizations in Denmark and a couple of small ones (like a micro-brewery for instance). More about this later.
